After at least 2 hours in the freezer, the gel stays soothingly cold for roughly 20–30 minutes — the ideal window for a cold-therapy session.
Can I use it warm?
Yes. Microwave for 10–15 seconds at a time, checking between bursts, until it's comfortably warm. Never overheat it, and always test on your wrist first.
Will it fit me?
The cap is a stretchy one-size design that fits most adult heads comfortably. It's designed to hug your head with gentle, even pressure rather than squeeze.
Does it cover the eyes?
Yes — pull it down over your eyes to block light completely, which many people find helpful during light sensitivity.
Is it safe to wear directly on skin?

How do I clean it?
