Shipping
All orders ship from Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–8 business days across Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD. Standard shipping on smaller orders is calculated at checkout.
Damaged or defective items
We pack every cap carefully, but if yours arrives damaged or develops a leak within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo along with your order number and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
Because the Migraine Relief Cap is a personal-use wellness product, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If you have any questions about fit or use before ordering, please reach out — we're happy to help you decide.
